The warm ocean currents from India bring decent temperature and moisture to the mountains. No frosting despite the harsh difference of temperature between day and night. In this secluded coffee farming area, the high altitude and latitude have prolonged the growth of the coffee beans, contributing to a rich and intensive aroma in the beans.
