Packing and delivery will be arranged within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Shipment reference number will be sent via the website when the goods are successfully shipped.
The third-party express delivery company will be responsible for the shipment and the respective SMS notifications.
Any delivery from our website is unified using a local express company. Customers can select from one of the following:
Deliver to Hong Kong residential / business address
Pick up at any SF store / SF service centre
Orders will be arranged within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Customers will be notified via the website when the goods are prepared and ready for pick-up.
Customers are required to show the order reference number when picking up the goods. (Order reference number is sent via email)
Signature is required for store pick-up.

Once the order is confirmed and the payment is successful, the products will be delivered within 3 working days (except for pre-orders)
The delivery of products generally takes 1-2 working days, except public holidays
Delivery will be postponed if the following conditions are encountered:
The recipient information is incomplete, the delivery address is changed or the recipient cannot receive the goods
In case of bad weather, the delivery may be delayed, or other arrangements will be made
The delivery date of pre-sales products or special products will be specified when placing the order

You will be notified by an email with the waybill number after the order has been shipped. You may then check the shipment status on the official website of the courier company.
