Coffee green beans originate from different producing regions and farms possess unique tastes, multiple factors such as green bean types, soil, rainfall, sunshine and processing method can significantly affect the flavor. The preference for coffee is subjective and personal, customers should try different types of green beans, you will find your own cup of coffee eventually!
Q2. Over Roasted / Under Roasted?
Both Japan and Hong Kong Team members of Noda Coffee have repeatedly roasted and tested the coffee beans that are sourced by the Japan Team, in order to keep them in a preserved, standardized roasting curve. Every type of coffee bean has been certified by scientific machines and equipment, thus calculating the roasting level respectively. Customers can choose from mainly two levels of roasting, namely, pour-over coffee (light roast) and espresso (dark roast).
Q3. Brewing Methods
Different brewing methods alter the tastes of the coffee, do not hesitate to try them! Find the best cup of coffee with your ideal amount of water, types of green bean, grinding levels and time ratio!
Q4. Freshness of Coffee Beans
Noda Coffee provides a 300g coffee bean roasted service, for the sake of preserving the taste and freshness of coffee beans. Customers are suggested to consume the coffee beans within ONE month. Freshly roasted beans possess the best tastes and flavors, it is suggested to consume the roasted beans as soon as possible.
Q5. Roasted Coffee Beans Preservation
Please keep the roasted coffee beans in a Noda coffee bag with an air hole. In order to exhaust the carbon dioxide and perform degradation thus keeping the optimal taste, do not keep the roasted coffee bean in a fully sealed container.
