In recent years, Colombia's El Diviso Farm has made an undeniable mark on the specialty coffee world. Since 2022, their lots have consistently placed at the top of major competitions like the WBC and WBrC, including being selected by the World Barista Champion in 2022. Simply put, El Diviso is now a name that commands attention on the global stage.

This Pink Bourbon lot, processed using the Thermal Shock Washed method, takes fermentation control to another level. The technique alternates hot and cold water washes at precise moments, carefully managing yeast activity to shape the coffee's flavor development in a very deliberate way.
The result is anything but ordinary. You'll find a remarkably complex aromatic profile that includes Xiangshui lemon, Ya Shi Xiang lemon Tea, young ginger, eucalyptus 
It's unexpected, layered, and deeply memorable – the kind of coffee that keeps you coming back for another cup just to figure out what you're tasting.
