The Sweet Yellow series of coffee beans, launched by Daterra Farm, is carefully selected from yellow coffee cherries across various varieties within the estate, making it the sweetest product of the entire farm. Because yellow cherries reflect more sunlight than red cherries, the fruit maintains a lower temperature, which slows down the ripening process and allows for greater sugar accumulation. When used in espresso, this series further highlights the beans' pronounced sweetness.
