The Japanese team describes this coffee as having a Brazilian nut aroma, clean acidity, and a caramel-like sweetness! Cooxupe is the largest coffee cooperative in Brazil, founded in 1929 by 24 farmers after the Great Depression. In 1932, it helped rebuild the deteriorating financial situations of the farmers. By 2008, Cooxupe achieved the highest coffee export volume in Brazil, representing a total of 16,000 farmers who regularly receive information from Cooxupe. This includes guidance on cultivation, financial advice, sales procedures, labor capabilities, and fertilizer purchases. The cooperative has successfully improved the lives of coffee farmers.
