This coffee bean is described by a Japanese team as having a flavor profile of various Brazilian nut notes and high sweetness, making it suitable for dark roasting. SanCoffee, located in the Campo Das Vertentes region of Brazil, is a leading organization promoting the sustainable development of specialty coffee. It brings together the strength of over 20 farms to provide various sustainable agricultural practices, helping more than 250 coffee-farming families improve their livelihoods. The coffee produced has won multiple awards, including the COE Cup of Excellence. SanCoffee has also received various international certifications, such as USDA Organic, Rainforest Alliance certification, C.A.F.E. Practices, and BSCA (Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association). Since 2000, SanCoffee has been leading the farmers in this coffee-growing region to cultivate and produce a range of exceptional specialty coffees.
